Duties and responsibilities

 

Your role is to ensure that all Teach Connect administrative functions are executed  professional standards.. You will be  responsible to answer all queries (emails and telephone),  process and prepare information required to assist programme coordinators work effeciently, as well as manage and monitor membership. information. 

You will also be required to do some office management operations.. This will require you have good communication and project management skills  since you will be discussing projects and activities with all programme coordinators.

 

Skills and experience
Excellent customer service skills, project management and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook  and basic knowledge of Math

Financial Officer

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Your role is to ensure that all Teach Connect financial operations are excuted within the appropriate professional standards as established by the Head of Operations.. You will be  responsible to  process and prepare financial information required to assure the effecient operation of the organisation, as well as manage and monitor all financial transactions. 

You will also be required to do some office management operations.. This will require you have good communication and project management skills  since you will be discussing projects and activities with all programme coordinators.

 

Skills and experience
Excellent  bookkeepng and financial management skills, project management and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook  and basic knowledge of Math
