Leadership Learning Network
The Leadership and Learning Network (LLN) is a professional development community focused on leadership and management. It consists of two branches: LLN-Ed, catering to educational leaders such as head teachers and school principals, and LLN-Bs for business leaders. The network aims to help members enhance their knowledge of strategy development and execution. The community convenes annually, providing a platform for members to reflect on leadership practices and generate innovative ideas for improving schools and businesses.

School leadership is one of the strongest levers for better teaching and learning. LeadUP equips aspiring and current school administrators, leaders, and managers with the competencies and confidence to lead with impact — at the level of self, team, and whole school. Q: When does the programme start, and what is the schedule?
A: 31 August 2026 (5:00 pm-7:00 pm every Monday and Friday). There is also an Optional Focus Group on Wednesdays, 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm
Q: Is LeadUp delivered in person, online, or both?
A: The delivery is online; however, we can run a hybrid version for participants in Yaoundé and Buea
Q: Will I receive a certificate?
A: You will receive a certificate of participation. However, you can apply for the LeadUP certificate after completing all 6 modules of the full course.
Q: What is expected of me between sessions?
A: Participants are expected to complete pre-reading, reflective assignments, and apply selected leadership practices within their own schools between modules.
Q: Can I attend if I am not yet in a formal leadership role?
A: Yes. LeadUp is designed for both aspiring and incumbent school administrators, leaders, and managers.
