At TC CPD+ we strive to provide the highest quality CPD experiences. Our sessions are led by practitioners and educators and educational consultants, and pedagogical technicians.
Following 15 years of successfully implementing and testing the EXCEL Pedagogical Approach across different learning contexts and countries, with the high ratings of the value of the EXCELLENT Teacher CPD programme from participants, we are continuing the development of the training model with an exciting twist towards a framework for developing educators applying inquiry and project-based learning in their classroom.
This update follows our commitment to supporting schools and teachers through the EmpowerED programme with bespoke professional learning and development opportunities to transform practice. The TC CPD+ includes a range of support services to support Inquiry and PBL adoption. We help schools and departments conduct CPD need analysis, subject-specific pedagogical audits, build resource banks, and offer tailored coaching and mentoring services.

We support schools and educators in differentiating their instructional practices and efforts through professional learning communities (PLC). We offer bespoke and expert and teacher-led continuous development programmes dedicated to supporting and equipping teachers with the right information, tools, and resources necessary for creative teaching practices, subject mastery, and personal growth.
